At Needle Magic, every piece is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch. We take great care in packing every order and want every purchase to be a pleasant experience.

Before You Order

Most of our collections are unstitched. Please check the product photos and details carefully before placing an order.
For additional photos, videos, fabric details or any clarification, please WhatsApp us at +91 94978 46862 before booking.
Slight colour variations may occur due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

When Can a Return or Replacement Be Requested?

A return or replacement is considered only if:

A wrong product has been delivered, or
The product has been damaged during transit.

Please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs and a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the parcel and the issue clearly.

Once the issue is verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement, subject to availability. If replacement is not possible, the product value will be refunded.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or personal preference
Colour, design or fabric preference
Natural variations in fabric, weaving, texture or minor finishing
Shrinkage or colour changes after washing
Damage caused by washing, improper care or alteration
Products that have been worn or show signs of use, including perfume, makeup, deodorant or sweat marks

Fabric Care

For the beauty and longevity of the fabrics, we recommend dry cleaning/dry wash and suitable lining wherever appropriate. For dresses, underarm sweat pads are recommended to help reduce sweat marks and protect the fabric.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the order is dispatched, the tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
